Three Vatican figures, including two senior members of the clergy, have been named as suspected moles in a scandal that has seen the Holy See rocked by a series of damaging leaks.

The new intrigue comes just days after Pope Benedict's butler Paolo Gabriele, 46, was released from jail and placed under house arrest for his suspected part in the affair.

The new suspects are reported to be Cardinal Paolo Sardi, a former Papal speechwriter; Bishop Josef Clemens, the Pope's former personal assistant; and the Pope's German housekeeper Ingrid Stampa. The latter is said to be among the few people at Holy See able to decipher the pontiff's handwriting, according to the newspaper La Repubblica.

Mr Gabriele has been blamed by Vatican investigators for passing on sensitive documents that have led to the widespread publication of reports claiming nepotism, death threats, gay smear campaigns and tax irregularities at the Holy See. One of the leaked documents suggested Pope Benedict's new ambassador in Washington was exiled in the US because he had blown the whistle on financial corruption.

The Vatican admits that nearly 30 people have been questioned in the probe so far. But it insists that Mr Gabriele remains the only person officially under suspicion.

No one at the Vatican was available yesterday to comment on the fresh claims. But speaking on Vatican Radio, chief spokesman Father Federico Lombardi denied there were further suspects. He said the claims in La Repubblica were merely copied from earlier speculation in the German press. Most Vatican experts doubt, however, that the Pope's butler could or would have acted alone in identifying sensitive documents (some in German), stealing them and delivering them to Italian journalists.

"No one here believes the official Vatican line," said Robert Mickens, the Rome Correspondent of Catholic newspaper, The Tablet. "There's no one, and none of my colleagues working at the Vatican, who thinks that Paolo Gabriele could have acted alone. He was clearly working with, or more likely for, one or more persons higher in the pecking order, and that means bishops and senior church figures."

Many Vatican observers suggest the damaging leaks are part of a campaign against the Pontiff and his equally unpopular number two, the Vatican Secretary of State, Cardinal Tarcisio Bertone.

At the weekend Mr Gabriele was released from the Vatican jail having spent 60 days in detention, and placed under house arrest. His father insisted on his son's innocence. But the papal butler's lawyer claimed at a Vatican press conference that his client acted on his own initiative when he took the documents and stashed them in his Vatican apartment.

Vatican magistrate Piero Antonio Bonnet will decide in the next two weeks whether to charge Mr Gabriele with "aggravated theft", in which case he would be committed for public trial in the autumn. If found guilty, he could spend up to six years in jail.

On Friday, February 1, 2013, on the basis of evidence supplied by our affiliated Common Law Court of Justice (itccs.org), our Office concluded an agreement with representatives of a European nation and its courts to secure an arrest warrant against Joseph Ratzinger, aka Pope Benedict, for crimes against humanity and ordering a criminal conspiracy.

2. This arrest warrant was to be delivered to the office of the "Holy See" in Rome on Friday, February 15, 2013. It allowed the nation in question to detain Ratzinger as a suspect in a crime if he entered its sovereign territory.

3. A diplomatic note was issued by the said nation's government to the Vatican's Secretary of State, Cardinal Tarcisio Bertone, on Monday, February 4, 2013, informing Bertone of the impending arrest warrant and inviting his office to comply. No reply to this note was received from Cardinal Bertone or his office; but six days later, Pope Benedict resigned.

4. The agreement between our Tribunal and the said nation included a second provision to issue a commercial lien through that nation's courts against the property and wealth of the Roman Catholic church commencing on Easter Sunday, March 31, 2013. This lien was to be accompanied by a public and global "Easter Reclamation Campaign" whereby Catholic church property was to be occupied and claimed by citizens as public assets forfeited under international law and the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court.

5. It is the decision of our Tribunal and the said nation's government to proceed with the arrest of Joseph Ratzinger upon his vacating the office of the Roman Pontiff on a charge of crimes against humanity and criminal conspiracy.

6. It is our further decision to proceed as well with the indictment and arrest of Joseph Ratzinger's successor as Pope on the same charges; and to enforce the commercial lien and "Easter Reclamation Campaign" against the Roman Catholic church, as planned.

Litany of secrets after pope resigns

Vatican City - For an institution devoted to eternal light, the Vatican has shown itself to be a master of smokescreens since Pope Benedict XVI's shock resignation announcement.

On Thursday, the Vatican spokesperson acknowledged that Benedict hit his head and bled profusely while visiting Mexico in July.

Two days earlier the same man acknowledged that Benedict has had a pacemaker for years, and underwent a secret operation to replace its battery three months ago.

And as the Catholic world reeled from shock over the abdication, it soon became clear that Benedict's post-papacy lodgings have been under construction since at least the fall.

That in turn put holes in the Holy See's early claims that Benedict kept his decision to himself until he revealed it.

Vatican secrecy is legendary and can have tragic consequences - as the world learnt through the church sex abuse scandal in which bishops quietly moved abusive priests without reporting their crimes.

And the secrecy is institutionalised from such weighty matters to the most trivial aspects of Vatican life.

"You have to understand that actually every Vatican employee and official takes an oath of secrecy when they assume their job," said John Thavis, author of the Vatican Diaries, an investigation into the workings of the Holy See.

"And this isn't something that is taken lightly. They swear to keep secret any office matters and anything pertaining to the pope."

One of the most famous cases of Vatican secrecy was the Holy See's efforts to cover up the fact that Pope John Paul I's dead body was discovered by a nun.

The eventual revelation helped fuel conspiracy theories over the death of the pope who ruled for only 33 days in 1978.

The Vatican justifies itself by arguing that its officials are holders of the divine truth, unaccountable to worldly laws.

In particular, the pope's word is the final say on any issue - infallible on some doctrinal matters. But groups representing sex abuse victims, and other Catholics angered by the scandal, have been demanding modern standards of accountability and calling for reforms.

Public interest

The Vatican brushed aside criticism for keeping quiet about the pope's December pacemaker procedure, on grounds it was "routine."

One Vatican official said making the operation public would simply have led to a big and unnecessary commotion about the pope's health.

"You can imagine the satellite dishes in St Peter's square," said the official, who spoke on condition of anonymity because he is not authorised to speak to the media.

The front-man for the church's dance of concealment and disclosure: Vatican spokesperson The Reverend Federico Lombardi.

In his briefings, Lombardi has been forced into the uncomfortable situation of keeping silent on aspects of the pope's health and future, only to backpedal when confronted with reports in Italian newspapers.

In the latest disclosure, Turin's La Stampa newspaper reported on Thursday that Benedict hit his head on a sink and bled profusely when he got up in the middle of the night in an unfamiliar bedroom in Leon, Mexico. The report said papal blood stained Benedict's hair, his pillow and the floor.

Lombardi confirmed the incident but denied it played any role in the pope's resignation.

Still, suspicions are bound to be whetted, since the Vatican newspaper L'Osservatore Romano reported this week that Benedict had taken the decision to resign after the Mexico-Cuba trip, which was physically exhausting for the 85-year-old pope.

Then there's the question of how many people knew of Benedict's decision to retire.

Not so shocking announcement

On the day of the announcement the Vatican cast it as a bolt from the blue, saying almost nobody knew but Benedict himself.

Soon, however, prominent clergymen - one not even Catholic - began changing the tone and saying they were not surprised.

"Knowing the pope well, there was something in the air that this decision of the pope was possible," said Archbishop Piero Marini, master of papal ceremonies under Pope John Paul II. "So it was not a shock."

Even the retired Archbishop of Canterbury, Bishop Rowan Williams, says that based on his last meeting with Benedict a year ago he was not surprise at the decision to step down.

"Because of our last conversation I was very conscious that he was recognising his own frailty and it did cross my mind to wonder whether this was a step he might think about," Williams told Vatican Radio.

Renovation work on a convent previously occupied by cloistered nuns has been going on in secret since at least last fall, an issue apparently causing grumbling among cardinals about the choice of arrangements and whether Benedict's presence on Vatican grounds will allow the retired pope to wield too much influence on his successor.

"I don't think there was a consultation of the College of the Cardinals about this," Lombardi said on Wednesday, deflecting questions about Benedict's living arrangements.

"The decision and the process of the decision was very limited in the number of persons involved."

That points to another aspect of Vatican secrecy: The habit of different wings of the Holy See jealously concealing information from one another.

"There is very little cross communication within Vatican departments," Thavis said, "so one department may know something but that does not mean that the Curia office down the hall knows about it as well."

Pope Benedict Resigns — Cleaning a Corrupt Syndicate?

As you read this, you will understand why I didn't find it needful to publish this train of thought years ago, as I didn't want to appear cruel and unnecessarily picking on the Catholics and their Pope and thereby putting this on the website months or years back when I wasn't sure if any of this would even have any bearing on anything here.  (we all ought to be reasonably sympathetic to these folks who are yet discovering the truth about their church now as well).   

I couldn't help but wonder back when they put this Pope into office, especially knowing how the globalists meticulously groom their puppets to the hilt, that they would let this Pope "get through" who looked so outright mean & nasty (evil) in so many of the poses that we were seeing of him, that something had to be seriously wrong here, and again, especially in the way that these global marketing experts work with these global "celebrities".    Unless of course...    ???   ...there was going to be a later reason and use for the ungodly appearance that this guy had?      ....hmm??     

It was about the time that I was tempestuously defending one of my better respected peers, a local Christian broadcaster by the name of Marty Minto who was working here in Pittsburgh on WORD FM (our so-called "Christian" station in town; Marty was the last surviving preacher who was still telling the truth on their airwaves, and a globally-morphing management desperately wanted rid of him).   They had fired him only hours after he made a very truthful and open comment in response to a caller about whether Pope John Paul II would be going to heaven or not (this was the day that he had died).   Marty simply said (paraphrasing), "No, if he believes what he was really teaching in the Roman Catholic Church and that he was truly trusting Mary for his salvation as he had also openly stated, then the Bible says he won't be going to heaven."  

Well, it ended up that he honorably stepped down anyway even after I made a personal trip to that station myself where they totally ignored/side-stepped my simple biblically-based questions as to how they could fire him like that, although Marty himself realized the level of corruption at that local station before I had I suppose, where last I heard, he is on the air down south somewhere nowadays with a much smaller station but one that is not so "corporate church loyal".   

I mention this because this is why I remember this "change of the guard" at the Vatican so very clearly, as it was one of the bigger milestones in my waking up to the truth of the seriousness of just how massive this corruption was, and in so much of this NWO church/state machinery.   

This present Pope then shows up soon thereafter with just the opposite type of countenance than the last Pope had, which was previously much more pleasant and mild-mannered looking than this new fellow, not to mention the evil items that we were starting to suddenly hear about regarding his background and "credentials".   I now here ask you to also think of this:  Was this sudden resignation scenario this week a "set up" and perhaps literally planned on this guy long before he was even on his papal throne?  Was he a disposable patsy years before he even put on his fancy hat?  Was this an intentional psychological move towards making the "old fashioned" Roman Catholic church system appear even that much more medieval and wicked, where it would help give the globalists a little bit of an extra boost that they might need to then shift more of the world's younger (less patient) Catholics and "new agers" right into the arms of a nicer, friendlier-looking, larger "New World Order-focused" religious leader that would also reel-in the last of the protestant 501c3 brainwashed churches as well ?  Keep in mind again, that this would still also send the angry mobs of the world chasing after these (then scrambling) traditional Roman Catholic perverts who are now being set up as sitting ducks ???  (although every last one of the ones they may be setting up for this turkey shoot may be punishment-deserving pedophiles and money launderers anyway.)  The worlds mobs will then be sent after the traditional church with full media-hype, rather than after their new squeaky-clean-looking (and I will suppose here...) "new age"-pushing "Guru" (???)  who will be in the very same seat of the very same, but now lipstick-glazed pig that was there before.    In this plan (that I can't see working for them by the way as the Bible leaves no evidence that it will do anything but fail from here on out for these hoodlums) they might yet be hoping to turn "the nicer parts" of the surviving Romish church, its billion or so parishioners, and the newly-deceived modern 501c3  "churchianity" fearful, into their long hoped-for unified cabbalist-flavored religion (a religion that's even that much further from the Bible by the way, blaming all the world's woes on Rome's failing "Christianity" (as if all Christianity is bad because of this) where the 501c3 unbiblical don't even know the difference anyway and will be just as duped as the Catholics who stay on board).   In the meantime, those of us who are learning the truth, are spreading the other end of that truth/lie spectrum like wildfire (and keep on spreading these re-emerging truths to everyone my brethren, don't stop now!), gathering steam for the Father in a wonderfully-growing spiritual army as "repairers of the breach" and modern-day Puritans!   We are afflicted and poor yes, but are endlessly rich in how we simply trust in the name of YHWH !!!   

Too much at once?   Sorry, but does it not make sense to any of you?   Man, there's a lot to think about here, but its what I see in my heart of hearts and it all fits Scripture (especially Revelation 17:17 from above) if nothing else:

The Pope’s resignation has conspiracy circles swirling….

Now, let’s look at the prophesy of the Black Pope (a prophesy reportedly ascribed to St. Malachy – a 12th century Irish Archbishop whose vision detailed the succession of Popes and their claim to fame).  St. Malachy’s prophesies have been largely denounced by the RCC:

In searching ‘Black Pope’, I was interested to find that there is such a person already in the Vatican.  The term is a derogatory expression for the Superior General of the Society of Jesus:

While I am not educated in the workings of the Catholic Church… I do find it interesting that in a letter from the current Black Pope/Superior General, Adolfo Nicholas, (to the Jesuit Order) he writes:

Pope Benedict and the Black Pope

Benedict, when he was Prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith (previously known as theSupreme Sacred Congregation of the Roman and Universal Inquisition… yes THAT Inquisition) opposed Liberation Theology.  However, as Pope that opposition has vaporized, leaving Adolfo to write the above disturbingly cheerful and confident address seen above.

The video above, highlights for me, the question that now that Benedict is out of the way (thanks Kevin), Adolfo has no superior other than the Jesuit Council.  His vision includes changes to the mission and vision of the Jesuit Society (Roman Curia), specifically how the Secretariat can better address the issues of social justice.

It should be noted that something called the Pontifical Council for Justice and Peace (PCJP) is part of the Roman Curia, and is responsible for authoring a document calling for the creation of a “supranational global political Authority”.  The document entitled: “Note on the reform of the international financial and monetary systems in the context of global public authority” (also known as The Note) begins by declaring:

“The economic and financial crisis which the world is going through calls everyone, individuals and peoples , to examine in depth the principles and the cultural and moral values at the basis of social co-existence.”

and states that Benedict XVI himself “expressed the need to create a world political authority and that the supranational global political Authority be set up gradually and be adopted by all voluntarily and by “using the UN as a reference”.

Final Verdict is Rendered in First Common Law Court Case against the Vatican and Canada for Genocide

 

Pope, Queen and Canadian Prime Minister found Guilty of Crimes against Humanity and Sentenced to Twenty Five Year Prison Terms

 

Court Orders them to Surrender by March 4 or face Citizens' Arrests

Pope Benedict will go to jail for twenty five years for his role in Crimes against Humanity, and Vatican wealth and property is to be seized, according to today's historic verdict of the International Common Law Court of Justice.
The Brussels-based Court handed down a unanimous guilty verdict from its Citizen Jurors and ordered the citizens' arrest of thirty Defendants commencing March 4 in a Court Order issued to them today.
The verdict read in part,
"We the Citizen Jury find that the Defendants in this case are guilty of the two indictments, that is, they are guilty of committing or aiding and abetting Crimes against Humanity, and of being part of an ongoing Criminal Conspiracy"
The Jury ruled that each Defendant receive a mandatory twenty five year prison sentence without parole, and have all their personal assets seized.
The Court went on to declare in its Order No. 022513-001,
"The Defendants are ordered to surrender themselves voluntarily to Peace Officers and Agents authorized by this COURT, having been found Guilty as charged.
"The Defendants have seven days from the issuing of this ORDER, until March 4, 2103, to comply. After March 4, 2013, an International Arrest Warrant will be issued against these Defendants".
The guilty parties include Elizabeth Windsor, Queen of England, Stephen Harper, Prime Minister of Canada, and the head officers of the Catholic, Anglican and United Church of Canada. The guilty verdict followed nearly a month of deliberations by more than thirty sworn Citizen Jurors of the 150 case exhibits produced by Court Prosecutors.
These exhibits detailed irrefutable proof of a massive criminal conspiracy by the Defendants' institutions to commit and conceal Genocide on generations of children in so-called Indian residential schools across Canada.
None of the Defendants challenged or disputed a Public Summons issued to them last September; nor did they deny the charges made against them, or offer counter evidence to the Court.
"Their silence told me a lot. Why wouldn't innocent people defend their own reputation when accused of such horrible things?" commented one Juror, based in England.
"These crimes were aimed at children, and were a cold and calculated plan to wipe out Indians who weren't Christians. And the defendants clearly are still covering up this crime. The Court's judgement declares the wealth and property of the churches responsible for the Canadian genocide to be forfeited and placed under public ownership, as reparations for the families of the more than 50,000 children who died in the residential schools.
To enforce its sentence, the Court has empowered citizens in Canada, the United States, England, Italy and a dozen other nations to act as its legal agents armed with warrants, and peacefully occupy and seize properties of the Roman Catholic, Anglican and United Church of Canada, which are the main agents in the deaths of these children.
"This sentence gives a legal foundation and legitimacy to the church occupations that have already begun by victims of church torture around the world" commented Kevin Annett, the chief adviser to the Prosecutor's Office, who presented its case to the world. "The verdict of the Court is clearly that these criminal church bodies are to be legally and practically disestablished, and their stolen wealth reclaimed by the people. Justice has finally begun to be be served. The dead can now rest more easily."
Court officers are delivering the Order to all the Defendants this week, including to the Canadian Prime Minister, the Queen of England and to Joseph Ratzinger, the retiring Pope Benedict who is avoiding arrest within the Vatican after suddenly resigning two weeks ago.
The citizens' arrests of these and other Defendants will commence on March 4 if they do not surrender themselves and their assets, as per the Court Order.

It took a year to decide if the glove fit O.J., and yet we are to believe that this one man show called ITCCS is going to officially scare the Pope and the Queen into "giving themselves up?"   YIKES!  TALK ABOUT GULLIBLE if folks are beileving this!  But when these "guilty parties" DO somehow march off to their pretend prisons (should this Hoax continue) You'll then be unquestionably certain that the elite are absolutely desperate to get their next actor (...er, I mean "pope") into place for the next part of their plan, and with such "rush rush" to get this going, that it is amazing me as to how much they must be extremely nervous about their falling authority in the world as well, which is actually very good news when you think this thing through.

Myself?  I think I am about done following this story unless I need another good laugh here and there, as they are only trying to rush this through in des[eration to fit their Catholic/Jesuit/Futurist theology to keep the masses terrified of the bogey man that is "yet to come", rather than focusing on the ones who are already here and lying to them.  dwaine
